You may have a return or a returnless I believe with a 99. If you post up a picture of your fuel rail we can tell pretty easily. I'm thinking you will need the returnless to returnless style.

this is everything im buying from npg , still deciding on the motor mounts .

You don't need the Mil eliminators if my how to thread would ever get approved there is a much cheaper way of doing it.

Money saving tips:

-Y pipe: Compare the y pipe to this site to see if there are better options for cheaper.

-Headers: I'd call MSDS to get a quote directly from them. They make them so they can sell them for the cheapest. Make them beat that price.

-Fuel rail: You could build your own by brazing a return line onto the 3L rail but it isn't worth the time. NPG does have the best option here.

-Rod Bearings: http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/prt,116,CB1772P ($5.37) Not sure if this is a set of 6 or not but even so it's still cheaper.
OR set of 6 here: http://thmotorsports.com/clevite_77/clevite_rod_bearings/cb1772p/i-463622.aspx ($14.01)
-Main Bearings: http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/prt,116,MS2207P ($60.70)

-Engine Mounts: Fill your own engine mounts. It costs about $30 and is extremely easy. Buy the poly from McMaster. Part number: 8644K11

-If you need MIL eliminators build your own for $3. Instructions here.

So if you do a tiny bit of work you can save a lot of money.

found a motor 2004 ford escape 69,000 miles on it they say it was tested at 160 compression in all cyclinders and it got 40 oil pressure runnning hot ..there letting it go for $1000 shipped..what you guys think..

and he said it wont come with powersteering pump ,ac compressor, stuff like that would the 2.5L parts fit on the escape?
