It's not in my hands yet. It's on the auto transporter from Phoenix (thanks to Nezerconezer for going to check it out for me, great guy) and I won't have it in for a few days. The car needs some detailing before I want to post pics but you have all seen it before. I'll make a new thread when I get it home as there are some interesting things about these early cars.
I am thinking that this one may have one of the two cars used in the promo video but I guess there's no way to know. I got curious about this car and had been wanting to check it's VIN since I have an early picture of the car wearing E0's. Here is a picture of it after it's second coat of paint, no more T-Red...

For some reason I love the yellow..... Too bad they painted a t-red though:blackeye:. Get it home already sheesh.
 
So what was special about the bondurant tours?

I realize they are some of the first SVTs built, do they have engine/tranny upgrades? Roll cage, I'm guessing, suspension.. what else?
 
I've been staring at this car and its craigslist ads for over a year now. The price just kept going lower and lower. Had I not already owned 2 SVTCs I might have actually made an effort to purchase it myself.

The car def needs to TLC, but its going into the right hands. I'd post some pics of what it looks like now but the car deserves more dignifyed pics.
 
Not very many ppl can own a car like this. MI is pretty relaxed on things thank goodness. Titles for the street are easy to get. Not many CEGers out there can own a track only SVT. I think the previous owner figured that out.

I've regretted selling the other one and have been thinking about this car for a while. The price dropped and I found out it was the #3 SVT ever built so I pulled the trigger. Hopefully this time nothing will come up this time that will force me to part with it.
 
You must have gotten a great price.

I also been viewing this car secretly. :laugh: I also contacted him last year and he gave me even a better price than posted. However registration would be a pain and transport would just as bad.

IIRC it needs a tranny installed? It also has a light bar that the others didnt?

Trans is in and done, lightbar is for sale (it would look great on your car :laugh: )
