I do want to do a 620 truck and out an SR20DET in it. You know the Datsun pickups have the same 6 lug wheels as the newer Titans and Armadas. Factory dubs!

Today my 86 is an asshole. I started to pull the transmission, only to find three bellhousing bolts are blocked by the steering rack. So I'm going to pull the engine and trans together. Which is no big deal, but it's not what I planned today lol.

My 86 now has an awesome reverse rake. With no motor in the front, and crap in the back, the front is way high and the back is hella low.

A little higher actually. Wind blew once, that was nice. I only had minor heat strike, and I stayed conscious almost all day, so I reckon I did ok.

Your friend is doing big things, but should check out what Mr. John has out together. He's running a boosted K24 w/S2000 trans. Says it makes 60hp more on 5lbs less boost! :shocked:

Could be. I was sure it was an AE86 from a distance. When we got closer i saw the nissan badges. I think it was a 200 though, me and JC looked but it was hot as balls that day and it was a month ago and i'm old!

Yeah it's a tight squeeze for sure lol. But the K24 is sooooo much more common than the F20/22 that I would love to see Mr. John start producing K24 mount kits.

Finished sprucing up the transmission and swapping bellhousings. If it weren't raining, I'd go on and take the block to the shop. They want too much though. About 140 to clean, resurface and hone the block. Is that about right?
