So since it seems we will have what will hopefully be the final version of the splitter possibly coming in next week... how are we working shipping? I know in the very beginning you said $50-$75 plus a $15 handling fee. Do you now have enough information to start providing everyone with accurate shipping quotes? Or are we to pay the remaining balance and then pay the shipping portion at a later time?
Also since I guarantee I'm one of the more picker people on here I'd be willing to do the test fit. I have a Mirko splitter already to compare it too.. so I can take a picture of the original installed as well as the new Duraflex version. This will provide a great comparison. I also have the means to get this installed within a reasonable amount of time. Let me know.

Hey Steve, almost over it’s only been 10 months + few days – at least for me. But, worth it. If I forget Steve, thank you, Pete and your other buddies & connections that made this possible. I will contact you October 9th for my final payment. If I don't could you please contact me if you can between your busy schedule one way or another since my computer crapped out and I’m using the library and others puter. Sorry!!! I’ll send pic’s. when installed. but will do it lil' at the time. Excluding the splitter my ride is all stock. Could Ooklah send diagrams or instructions on how he installed it? I learn better with big font and pictures.thank you Ooklah for being the guinea pig.

uh, now im scared lol. sounds good man. i just need to get a shipping quote for you. unfortunately i have to do that for EACH person. that's why with my own products i sell, i just charge a standard shipping rate. some save a few bucks, some pay a few bucks more. but its sooo much easier. you definitely sound like the guy for the job mike. i see youre VERY involved with these cars and very hands on and motivated. ill reply to your PM in a few.. thanks for taking on the job!

I was wondering if it was going to be you or ED that was going to arrange the shipping. A flat rate makes a lot of sense and is much easier to manage.

Aw CRAP, I totally would've done the guinea pig thing if I'd gotten in here a few days ago. Oh well. I'm sure they will fit fine. I mean the Blem Batch fit essentially fine, so these should be at least that good. Can't wait to get my new splitter!! Ooklah plz don't make us wait and continue to salivate on our keyboards as we stare at this thread on our computer screens. I've already ruined three keyboards.

ok, i just got off the phone with pete/quikz06. he called ED and discussed flat rate shipping with them. so he doesnt have to call them for EVERY single person lol. the guy checked and it looks like the most shipping within the continental US will be is $79. thats for csvt#49 in MN as well as an address in NY. plus, the $15 s&h fee which includes the box and the packaging. so basically, for most of you, $94 total for shipping and handling.
the splitters just arrived TODAY. theyre still unloading the containers and theyre not even inventoried yet. csvt#49's guinea pig splitter should ship out in the next few days! Ooklah, yours should be ready for pick up in a day or two. ill PM both of you.

Oh I meant ZIP code LOL... Areacode is 425. Zip code is 98275... Is my shipping any lower for being on the same side of the continent and just up the coast? Or is it just a flatrate? I need to know how much to plan on setting aside from my next paycheck to pay the final balance.
