dont forget you will also need one step cooler spark plugs

If its a pre98 the stock heat range is already only a 2. that makes them a pretty cold plug to begin with. in fact its actually one step colder for the 98+ and focus engines.

edit: also you will want to get motorcraft copper core plugs. IIRC the PN for them is AZFS22C
