MAZDA 6!!!!!

He just bought a new car this weekend (a 2012 VW CC Sport with the 2L turbo and a 6 speed manual) so the 6 sits until we figure out what to do with it (either sell it or I buy it from him). the 6 is a 2.3L MTX with over 240K miles on it. It still runs great though and has good compression numbers across the board. in fact, just a few weeks ago we replaced the serpentine belt for the first time, thats right the original serpentine belt had over 235K miles on it, and it still looked pretty good with only minimal cracking in the ribs!
 
Dan, sounds like you've got a great car to bring............MAH-ZDA 6! I can't believe that belt lasted that long, crazy! You sound like a last minute addition, keep us posted.

Billy, sounds like your shine is going to be a hit in the evening "post-Dragon" fun, does the jug say XXX on it too, LOL! urrrrr!

Randy, good to hear your shoes are in good shape and thanks for the update on the t-shirts too!

says hes gonna try, hes back for the weekend, then he comes back on the 23rd. he hopes to come assuming everything works out time wise. for those of you that dont know rob. which is all of you except me and dillon lmao. hes a cool guy just like us. drives a 91 FC rx7

I'm glad he's a cool guy like you guys and its very cool that we've got another Mah-zda going with us, especially another rotory!

With this latest addition, it appears we've got about 17 cars going as of right now, excellent! Speaking of excellent, we've got............

lol yes it dose. he knows and he hates it. maybe you can take care of it for him lol. sens he bought it, he really hasent had much time to work on it. he bought it and left with the military shortly after. he will be back on the 23rd this month. so he/we got a week to get it ready. just fresh breaks/ exhaust/ and tires.
 
Doesn't sound like he's got that much work to do on it, the tires aren't a big deal, that's an afternoon at Discount Tire, the brakes can be done in the driveway afterwards and the exhaust, well, I guess it comes down to what all needs to be done. All's I know is this, tomorrow, we're in the "roaring 20's":cool:

not a whole lot. hes leaving again tommrow. he will back for 2 months just in time for the dragon, and then he leaves for japan, lucky s,o,b
 
Whats up! I will definitely be there for sure, idk if I will stay or not since the house is so close and im not fishing thru this entire thread to see who has room lol. I will prob be in the slowbalt again and if the weather is right ill bring out the gsxr for some fun. Long time no see guys!
 
Just found out a friend of mine moved to Maryville about a month ago. trying to convince him to at least join you guys (with either his 07 Focus ST or his bike). I might have to find a way to make this run as i havent seen him in several months and would love to hang out with him and introduce him to the Dragon. I also ordered new front brakes for the VR4, got Hawk HPS pads and DBA 4000 series rotors. If i can get enough money together to get the rear brakes done (even with just stock parts for now), get it aligned, and pay for fuel and food for the weekend i might be willing to bring it down but will turn the boost down a couple PSI.

Trey, if you dont mind and my friend wants to meet up with you to run the Dragon before hand I will give him your number and have him call you (assuming you still have the same number).
 
That's fine Dan, shoot him my number. I'll prob try to hit the dragon sometime this weekend on the bike if he wants to join me.
