Lots of mixed references here. And a few animals, too. Guess he's a "Heartbeat of America...Today's Chevrolet" guy. I've never heard Mr. Ed made the icon of Ford afficionados. I wonder what Wilbur would say. How did the Mustang become the catch-all reference for the entire company? A front wheel drive car first sold in Europe is the same as a rear wheel drive pony car? A reach, I think.
Where do these people learn their grammar, anyway? I should think you'd have to go to some kind of slipshod school where they actually teach you English that poor. I don't think a lack of learning could generate mechanics that dismal. Rather, I surmise that one would have to put forth some effort. Either way, it shocks me. Why would someone want to speak or write that way in public? I can't explain this any more than wearing awful or inappropriate clothes out of the house.
