My turbo 3L hybrid build

Ok. Great. Three more questions....
Does the order of the wires make any difference? I tried to wire them correctly but I might not have.
-This has been answered already. Look back at brian & shogo's posts

Will a wrong spice order cause stalling like what I have described ?
-Possibly. Route the wires the correct way, and u'll find out soon enough. Vacuum leak can cause that as well. Fix it n see...

And lastly, where is the two blue connections Hung from?
I found one that hangs by the rear header but I can't find the fourth plug.
-Should be there hanging from the harness.

Answered the questions right below^^^

Ok sorry for the double questions. I am just frustrated!. Ok I rechecked the spice and the wires are in the right spot, found a big vacum leak and fixed it and still cant fined the fourth o2 plug! I data logged today and hopefully will have it tuned this week. I am running 7psi on my gauge and want just a few more push. I think the tune will give me the extra power that I need. Next I need an inter cooler spay. Any suggestions?

Whats an "I.C spay"? Even if u meant spray, i still dont know what it is...

i"m going to guess he means a setup to spay something cold over the intercooler so it drops the temps more. I've seen setups like that at car shows.

ya sorry. Its a set up to spray something very cold over the outside of the intercooler. Usually NOS, but some go the cheap way and do just water or windshield fluid. And there is that Methynol spray by Cryo2. so what has people used that is cheap to start with and cheap to maintain? I dont think I need NOS directly into my air stream but somthing to cool the intercooler air buy like 40% would help and still be safe

Get a good air to air intercooler and you shouldn't need anything unless you are running crazy high boost levels. At 11psi with multiple dyno runs back to back (fan blowing on it of course) my temps never went above 90F with my huge intercooler. Outside temps were at least 70F. Obviously it won't hurt but a good intercooler will make all the difference.

I have the NPG intercooler but I want to cool the intake air similar to direct NOS. I have looked into this and its getting pretty popular.

I think you should worry about getting all the bugs worked out and the tune correct before you start adding more variables.

Im not aware of anyone on here needing a ic spray on there car.

agreed on both counts. I think in 90 degree heat here in NE I only say 120 degrees at the IAT and that was after some idling. While running it was cooler then that.

The IC spray will only be of use for things like high dyno numbers. If you are needing it to run a peak boost level on the street you will go thru so much spray material.

Once everything is in order, you should have more power than is even useful.

The two blue o2 connectors should be on each side of the transmission. Near whre the trans meets the block. You said you already found the rear one. So, look at any wire that run over the trasmission, under the throttle body. One of them should lead to a blue o2 connector. The wire is long enough for it to run well in front of the motor. In stock form, this sensor would screw in at the bottom of the stock exhaust manifold, only 2-3 inches below the pre-cats, before the y-pipe.

PM me your cell number if you still can't find it, I can send you a camera phone pic.

I do understand that I don't need the spray. I don't really need my air ride or even the turbo. But i want it lol!
I will be looking for the last o2 plug this weekend when I re-wire my gauges into the dimmer. These things blind the heck out me at night. So now I am just waiting joey to send me an updated tune. Car runs like junk at wot .

Ok. I am installing a turbo timer. I need help finding the igniton wire that will keep my engine running. I found constant 12v, accessory 12v, now I need igniton switched. I taped the wrong one and so the engine shuts off but accessories stay on. So help finding the right wire . I have a groun/power tester but does anyone know exact wire.

Ok, I found it. It is the larger green wire with I think it had a blue stripe . Thing works good. Just some added safety plus Its just cool.

So, I have a sequential bov. It does not make noise when I rev at idle. Is that common with our cars or is it the type of bov that I have.

most BOVs wont make noise when you just rev it in neutral because you need the change in pressure for them to open them. going from 0 to 20inHg usually isnt enough to make them open.

the BOV should be as close to the TB as possible so that when it closes there is less reversion of the air in the piping.
