Whatever the case may be with the car Josh has, there was a lot wrong on my install.
Adam and I found a metal clip wedged in one of the intake ports, a bolt in some hose on the firewall (the specific one escapes me right now), far too much metal taken out of one of the engine mounts, the pressure plate had strange/bad wear (a section was not even touched), the ring gear on the flywheel had teeth missing (from the hard starting issue), the IAC never worked right (CEL), the TB standoff pin (holds the TB plate open a bit) had been moved so the car idled at near 1500 rpm until it was ground down (plus the TB cable had been smashed in the TB, could not be removed), the car never started right (really bad when cold, killed a battery halfway through the winter), 130 psi compression in one cylinder (rest were between 210~220), shift cables were not adjusted so I had a hard time finding gears sometimes, fourth gear was so far off I couldn't get into it from fifth, the suspension was looser than a stripper at a frat party, bolts missing from the bell housing, improper bolts used all around or missing, the coil pack was held on the front valve cover bolt by one corner and moved with the slightest touch, the brakes went out three days after I got it (master cylinder went bad, I had put less than 100 miles on it), and a few other things I cannot remember at the moment. There were a few things I knew about before I got the car, like the paint being crap and the cracked windshield, but that's stuff I can deal with. However this car got this way is irrelevant, it should not have been put back together like that. I did not like getting stuck places for fifteen minutes trying to get the POS to start, constant backfire on deceleration, having to leave 20 minutes early to make sure I wasn't late to work because the car wouldn't start the first, second, or tenth time I tried to get it to turn over, or generally not trusting much on the car. Now I have spend a ton of money to get it back in working order, but as I said, it should have never gone anywhere in the state that it was in.
Here are some pics of what I am talking about:

The clip we found in the port, that is the port we found it in on the right of the clip

I am not trying to make enemies (though I am sure I won't be too popular with a couple of people), but after the amount of time, effort, frustration, and moreover money that has been spent on this car, I think people should know what's up. I don't know who did this to the car or how it got that way. I don't care about the circumstances, but it makes someone or some people look really bad.
