I certainly hope it is. My friend just bought an 04 1.8T Jetta and it has manumatic. Its pretty close between my car and his.

well,he does have a stock se uim/lim/tb on his 3L. so a 2.3 mazda3 is a decent match:shrug:

Certainly no contest between the SVT and the Jetta in that run.

im stupid. i couldnt watch the video and it seemed like people were saying that the jetta was keeping up. i watched it... i was kinda wondering why you even raced a jetta. looked nice. now... go get something that can compete with you.

yes i know my i only have SE upper end but i im hoping to get some SVT stuff in there soon we will see. i really need new exhaust.

I'm guessing TDI.

The 2003+ TDI's are pretty quick, much faster than the 2.slow.

The 2.0 can hardly get out of it's own way!

I ran a 15.8 that was when it was all stock. I havent run yet with the mods yet. I got a good start and the jetta didnt so thats why i smoked him

I only raced him cause hes my good friend and he wanted to see if he could keep up with me. As you can see he wasnt able too
