TRACK TIMES

.500 is perfect on a lot of trees. Depends on the setup.

But unless you're bracket racing, who really cares about R/T?
 I was bracking racing the 77.. (best of 16.7)
First time to the track and i was starting with a 17.7 (First run) and a R/T of .7xx.

As the day progressed (I had 3 "Practice" Runs prior to brackets starting)
I was getting faster and faster. My 3rd Practice run, was a 16.810, with a .002 R/T.
I went in to the bracket racing, and won my first 3.
My 4th Race, i red lighted by .002 and lucky for me the other guy red lighted as well (.009), well, my ET was 16.8... I ran a 16.7 and Double whammied myself:mad: . I got a trophy though  .

All im saying, is that R/T gives you an Edge... Whether its in bracket racing, or from stoplight to stoplight.

Sure, I see exactly what you're saying. But most people are just into comparing timeslips, and since the E/T is independent of the R/T, it's mostly overlooked.

Your R/T is only pertinent to the guy lined up next to you.
