re timing 98 zetec 2.0

I have a good set of instructions that I can email you on how to set the timing if you will give me your email. It is very important to leave the cam sprockets loose when you are setting the tension on the belt. Did you replace your idlers and tensioner when you put the new belt on?
 
Yes i replaced the pullys. Ill send you my email. I am just waiting for tool to come in now. I got the timing pretty close but i used a wrench to hold the cams but it wasent a 100% tight fit.
