If you were not potty trained in the 80's, then you are forgiven about the MJ comment. :laugh:

He was a freak at the end, true. And his music isn't everyone's cup of tea, but if you were not there, it's hard to explain how much his music made an impact on the future generations.

I'd still put the thriller video up against anything I've seen since on MTV.

I was potty trained in the mid 80's, I still didn't care for him. I liked Weird Al's versions better than MJ's.

Now there's another person I'll miss more than MJ when he passes on, Weird Al.
 
Yeah, Wierd Al has TONS of talent (seriously, not being sarcastic). The way he can take both a song AND a video and make a great parody of it was always a trip.
 
Weird Al is only 49 and does a smart job of avoiding the celebrity downward spiral. If we're lucky, he has plenty of decades left.

The one I went to is now open 24 hours. I could have been there at 2:30 had I known they were open 24/7. That one isn't in a great part of the city so it surprised me that they are open all the time. There is another, about 6 miles away, that is a 24/7. It's rare in certain parts of the city due to crime.

I know! It was way too early. I did get a lot accomplished especially after I had my meth coffee. Kept me going most of the day. :)

I had a feeling it had something to do with carrots, just wouldn't have figured it was that he was allergic...but I guess that is what makes it ironic.:laugh:
