Car looks amazing.......:drool: If the car was mine I would add to the rear bumper and bring it down like the front. That would level off the bottom all around. Outstanding work.

VERY nice - my car needs some paint work bad. How expensive was it to have your car sprayed? Looking at those pics and at my car it looks like I'm ready to jump curbs and go 4 wheeling :shocked:
 
Just so you know, it's dreadfully painful to my ears when I hear the expression "hightower your headlights". I almost kind of tweak a little...like that guy on There's Something About Mary, "Listen to this....7....minute....abs". :laugh:
I don't think we are going to be hearing the expressions, "Dude, you should CSVT#49 your motor." or "I've been working on Crazytalkin' my side skirts." anytime soon so it just seems goofy. Don't believe me? Walk up to someone with a car that is outside of the CEG community and tell them that their car would look sweet if they "hightowered" their headlights.

:laugh:. u're probably right. its simply what we use on ceg. it gets the point across quicker. whats the proper expression then? '...paint the inside of ur headlights?' and on a side note, i do like the sound of "crazytalkin' ur sideskirts";)
 
I'll be completely honest, I think the only reason I don't completely like it is because I'm so used to seeing the stock skirts on these cars. With that said, it is growing on me.
 
How much ride height can you go up to with the bags? I know nothing about that type of suspension...but I've always wondered that question.

Well, at full lift it's extremely bouncy so I don't roll it that high. However, the front lifts to stock height...maybe a little more and the rear is probably about 1.5"-2" lower than stock height at full lift. It used to go higher in the rear when I had Chapman struts (back up to stock height), but I switched them out to MacPherson struts in the rear because they are stronger and I'm less concerned with max lift and more concerned with side load strength on hard cornering. With strut bags you're always limited in the stroke department. They only generate about 4" to 5" of usable stroke so then leverage placement plays a role. :) Make sense?
