New intake!!!

Oh, well then leave it that way then.

Although I must admit: I'm sure my car is louder and better sounding with the SVT exhaust as opposed to no muffler.
What happened to "it's a rusty POS"?

I've always thought it sounded good, but you'd always say it sounded like crap.

Then again, you are a douche:shrug::laugh:

I'll be it is...

It is a rusty pos, in all honesty, this car should've been destined for the scrapper, there's a hole rusted through the floor on it that's ~6" diameter on the passenger side... :help:

And, The tan ho sounds like crap in comparison to the SVT with a true Borla catback, MSDS headers and an optimized y-pipe... In all honesty it sounds decent in person and better than the average ricer... :)

I was talkin' to Ian, goober:troutslap:

Don't remind me of your SVT's exhaust. I don't want to change my pants:drool:

I'm thinking about playing with the SVT's exhaust... I think it can sound even better... :)

Although, it does get compliments all the time. Maybe I should just leave it. Eh, soon enough that exhaust will be filled with an extra .5L which will only make it sound better... *drools*

Intake is hot... Looks good sitting in the box it came in that's in my closet... :)

It's too cold out to work on the car. :(

May run over to work on the SVT quick tomorrow though... :)

I need an Xcal3 and would like to do suspension as well, just gotta pick which kit I want to pick up...

Anyone that's seen my car get launched or seen the videos can attest that with how much the weight shifts to the rear that it's more setup for an RWD vehicle... D'oh!

When I hit 2nd on the track in the one video i've got it looks like the front end damn near lifted off the ground... :D

EDIT: Craig, I wanna pull the fogs and see if I can't polish them up to look nice, if I can't i'll be in the market for some new ones... But it's cold as hell here so we'll see how motivated I actually get...

Can't be done. Don't ruin it.

Maybe he's finally getting ready to put that damn 3L in:shrug: I've been waiting all winter for that.

no i know he is not doing that this winter... in fact i know exatly when he will do that..

yea when u lunch the svt your ass end almost hits the road LOL... yea i have been wanting to get new fogs for my car but i will still have to wait... hehe:laugh: what ones u thinking about getting?

that filter will most likely not fit on the maf. i believe the focus' have a different size maf. the maf on the intake side is 3.25". you may be able to stretch the maf on if its a 3" but i doubt it would be easy. i just went to my local murrays and bought a spectre one that you can change the size up to 4". works great and the car sounds like a ricer yaay :nonono:

What if I already am? I've got my motor picked out... ;)

Thinking I want to pick up a set of new OEM ones or clean mine up. All the aftermarket ones i've used i've had bad luck with...

well if u already have your motor then go right on.. but that would be no fun.. lol
and if ur filter does not fit i have one of those spectre filters that u can change the size, if you want i will give you the filter, it just needs a good cleaning, is the filter that i ran on the SHO intake.. if u want it.. i have no need for it..

You still have that damn filter? I wouldn't even use that on the beater...

BTW, oil is at 4400 miles now... :D

And i'm pretty sure one of my e-brake cables snapped. But, it's 10 degrees outside so i'm not too worried about it right now...

Yea, e-brake is essential on a winter beater... I'm pretty sure one of the cables snapped... :D

Too many donuts. Oh well, can do them without the e-brake too... *evil grin*
