Here is the first hint I gave:
This historically named car was designed as a "feeler" to gauge public reaction prior to announcing the return of one of the greatest auto marques in history with a similar looking concept car design that later went into production.
Hint #2:
This car was shown to the public in 2000 & again in 2004, In 2000 it was used to gauge public reaction to a classic/retro styled supercar. This sort of curvy big grilled look later was seen again when the return of Bugatti was announced. Recently this classic auto-marque has resurfaced with another concept car now rumored to be a hint of the design of the next Bugatti. There is a historic reason why this particular marque is being used in relation to Bugatti.
