303 Aerospace Cleaner is a God when it comes to things like that. I think i read about this product here on the boards sometime ago. but don't quote me on that. seeing as i haven't used it personally but i've seen some great reviews on the net when i did read about it.

Im a mitsu guy thru and thru and love the 3kgtvr4, one of the most beautiful cars there is but i sure hope you have the $$$ to make that thing a true animal cause modding them things is not a cheap task and them little factory snail shells have to go asap if you want to make any progress.

im not looking to make huge power with it anytime soon. about 300AWHP will be enough for now, so the stock 9Bs will be fine for that. plus, 5PSI of boost by 2000RPMs is awesome.

I did just finish doing the 60K/120K service though, not sure why everyone says getting the timing right is difficult. new timing belt, water pump, oil pump, rod bearings, plugs, wires, fluids, and gaskets and now it doesnt leak anymore and oil pressure is back up to around 16-20PSI at idle instead of 10-12:crazy:

I guess ill post an updated picture of the VR4.

currently the engine bay looks like this:

trans left like this for a rebuild:

Best I have for now, for posterity's sake. I have a blank IMRC cover on the way. Going to relocate the battery, order some samco hoses and delete the AC in time for summer and I'll get a better picture. Should make working on it a tad easier, lol
