Nope...
in the past, members have bought the keys with the pcm. Do you know anyone at fords who can try programing your keys ? Stick the old pcm in drive there, swap to new pcm etc etc. Might be less complicated, not cheap but less complicated... G.OK, the 1999 Contour SVT PCM is here. I tried it ... got access with the Ford IDS, it was possible to reprogramm it. The bad thing is that I have problems with the keys/PATS. Go the following fault codes:
B1213: number of programmed keys is below minimum
B1681: no signal from PATS receiver
The PATS receiver is the same in Contour and Mondeo.
So there may be 2 problems:
Keys are not compatible?!
Wiring is different?!
Can someone help me out with a engine wiring plan from a 1999 Contour SVT? So I can check for differences.
Second way would be to kill PATS in the PCM. Is it possible to solder some wires in the PCM to have full function without PATS? (this information please send by PM)

It's not unheard of to bypass the factory PATS system. This is done all the time when aftermarket alarm systems are installed in cars. I wonder if that would be a solution or not... I believe the correct bypass syste you need is the DEI XK04, which is the old model that has not been replaced with the DEI PKFM. Either one of those PATS bypass systems should work for you. Check out the www.directed.com website as Directed Electronics makes a number of security systems that are compatiable with our cars when using these PATS bypass modules.
Here is a direct link for the interface modules.
However with all of that said, usually these systems trick the PATS system to make it think the key is present. Since your PATS system doesn't appear to be working at all... potentially due to wiring... maybe this is not the solution.

when i asked at the dealership about changing the injector tables in my ST24 pcm... they said they couldn't do it with their equipment. Can you do stuff like that with your system access. ?.. G.I got just the blank PCM.
Ford diagnostic hardware is no problem. I'm working at a small german Ford dealer. I've full access to the Ford-IDS and all wiring plans.
To swap the european PCM with the Contour PCM is not a good idea. After that I should have 2 ST200 PCMs and no Contour.

When I mentioned what you were doing before to my tuner he said pinouts could very well be different between the US and European PCM's...
Not sure if you read my last post but did you get the PCM code from your ST200 PCM?
EDIT: If you're interested in possibly getting set up with the SCT stuff and getting that to work PM me...
Won a SFG2 PCM in ebay. Try to get it work. If successful, I'm back with a lot of questions!![]()
My ST200 ECU has the code ENVY / XS7V-12A650-AG. Would be great if SCT would support my ECU directly.
Do I need XCAL2 + Pro Racer or is the XCAL2 included in Pro Racer?
