You boys have some screws loose apparently... if they're not loose now then they will be eventually riding around at that height.
I have a Koni Sport Kit on the Contour and to me you shouldn't go much lower than that if you want to drive the car and not worry about beating the crap out of the front bumper cover and possibly the side skirts. A friend of mine has a 240SX and when he bought it the car had the fenders basically on top of the tires. It rode like ass, he tore up the front bumper/fenders and pretty soon discovered what I told him when he bought it... which is it was too low. It may look cool but looks is about all it has... this would be one of those cases of "form over function."
Maybe I'm becoming more of an old fart these days...

I have had 0 issues with anything at my ride height. yeah its a bit bumpy but im young so i dont mind, my wheels arent super flush so i dont need to worry about the fender getting bashed by the tire. as for ride height, my front bumper and sideskirts are perfect, you just learn where you can/cant go or how to enter certain places. if i ever scrape, its the mirkos skidplate hitting or the very end at the bottom of my sideskirt and thats no big deal. They are urethane anyways so im never worried if i hit a bump its going to shatter or get destroyed.
Honestly, it just takes a little more thinking when driving, and after a week its no different then driving any other car as you automatically adjust to everything and to this day my mirko still looks good and thats with it only being like an inch off the ground lol
