just lower the rear a tad to level it out. (check my car for example :p)

to be honest, not my type of wheel. Fitment looks good though! Id say lets swap hoods, but yours is painted a bit so it would look sort of funny haha.

Never needs common sense, MOAR, LOooOO00oo00OOOoooo00wwwwWWwwWWwW! Right Me0w!

You boys have some screws loose apparently... if they're not loose now then they will be eventually riding around at that height.

I have a Koni Sport Kit on the Contour and to me you shouldn't go much lower than that if you want to drive the car and not worry about beating the crap out of the front bumper cover and possibly the side skirts. A friend of mine has a 240SX and when he bought it the car had the fenders basically on top of the tires. It rode like ass, he tore up the front bumper/fenders and pretty soon discovered what I told him when he bought it... which is it was too low. It may look cool but looks is about all it has... this would be one of those cases of "form over function."

Maybe I'm becoming more of an old fart these days...

I have had 0 issues with anything at my ride height. yeah its a bit bumpy but im young so i dont mind, my wheels arent super flush so i dont need to worry about the fender getting bashed by the tire. as for ride height, my front bumper and sideskirts are perfect, you just learn where you can/cant go or how to enter certain places. if i ever scrape, its the mirkos skidplate hitting or the very end at the bottom of my sideskirt and thats no big deal. They are urethane anyways so im never worried if i hit a bump its going to shatter or get destroyed.

Honestly, it just takes a little more thinking when driving, and after a week its no different then driving any other car as you automatically adjust to everything and to this day my mirko still looks good and thats with it only being like an inch off the ground lol

I drive mine everyday, so being limited so to speak about where you "can or can't go" wouldn't work too well for me. Even where my car sits now there are some places I have to be careful going in... I'd never be able to drive mine with it as low as your car or rexxdoggy's.

If you like it that's fine and you can drive it and live with it. Just don't go around thinking that everybody wants their cars that low.

BTW YOOO I think the wheels look great on your car... its too bad those are hard to find now.

The previous owner has tore up the front bumper and bottom of the sideskirts at stock height way more than I have at how low I am. Like CKtour said, you learn a completely different driving habit and you learn very quickly. It is most definitely a case of form>function, no doubt. Being as low as we are, with the right amount of calculations, youd be surprised as to where you can take a car as low as us. I've hit dips, hills, drops, whatever, that I couldn't imagine hitting, with no problem except for a little more time at some crucial calculating. I drive mine everyday, as well. I have 0 problems what so ever. And the whole thinking everyone thinking they want to be just as low, it's just one of those inside jokes with slamming a car.

I think one of the air ride setups for these cars would be the deal...but to drive around that low is ridiculous...IMO. It looks KILLER though....and I wish I could go that low....but I live in the country and see deer, coons, rabbits, dogs, cats, opossums, beavers, and groundhogs EVERY DAY AND NIGHT!! I have already drilled two coons in my car since Oct. 2010 when I bought my CSVT. And there is no PLANNING for •••• like that.

Angles are the key to success. Everything at angles lol. Stanky leg optional.

I'm going to slam the car down to the frame for the calender photoshoot, and then promptly raise it back up. I just moved to Norfolk, it's one thing being careful about where you go, but now I pretty much can't go anywhere which sucks. I blame piss poor Norfolk roads, not being low though. I have no problems driving this low around NoVA.

yeah, my SVT is my DD. I live in Hamilton which also has the most terrible roads you could ever think of, but I know my way around the city and where the big potholes are, or big dipps etc.

"Form > Function" /end

Without sounding like a 16 yr old. I can see Shannon's point and agree with them. Your not getting too old. Myself, as a designer, im very visual. So most of the time the way something looks is my concern, how its made and functions is secondary or "not my problem".

I should get a go-pro, and stick it to the side of the car to where it's pretty low, and show you the roads I drive, and how I angle things. Roads are butterysmooth for the most part. Some entrances are Bs. In actuality, I'd like to roll around lower, like I was before I raised the car up to accomodate for my mirko. My lowest point on the front of the sideskirt, since I had a slight rake, was 1.6 inches off the ground. I had 0 problems what so ever getting around. Speed bumps, too, where I needed to go were funny, but for the most part, I could avoid that. It does take balls to roll that low, but you can't be ignorant about it. I know the consequences if something were to happen that I didn't plan. But that's my fault, and I can't blame anyone else because it's my decision. Like, for example, deer ESPECIALLY, armadillos, even squirrels, they're all problems. But, I've become that much more cautious when driving around at night, and day, as well. It all boils down to, what do you think looks good for yourself in comparison with practicality. For Sean and I, being that low, isn't a problem, and it looks damn good lol Oh,can't forget YOOOO and TourEnvy, they're just not as low :D

lol, you have it easy, in florida I swear the roads are paved of gold haha.

I'm still a function>form guy at heart now guys, don't forget that! I'm just too lazy to raise it up...yes that's it...

Im going to take my gopro and show you how bad the roads are in FL. I wont fight you on the highways, they are pretty nice.
