I feel the same way. I saw a silver csvt in Barrington on Rt.14 last Saturday and it was the first time in many months I had seen one on the road. At this point they must really be a dieing breed.
 
In Grafton this evening I saw a black SVT in front of me with California plates. Probably not a CEGer, but I just thought about how from from home they were.

That's was my first CSVT 98.5 #5957, I owned her for 5 years. The current owner is Greggie7 on the boards here. You are right about modded. All that was left to do on that car was the S/C. I had all the trans goodies done and the battery in the trunk. Just never got as far as the S/C, needed the money for the car at the time back in 04.

Car still looks in damn good condition. I had seen it around a few times and never bothered posting it.

Yeah he sent me some pics of it a few months ago and it still looked great! During the 5 years I owned it, it was always stored in the winter months and I had always used it as a second car never as a daily driver. Cool to hear you see it around!
 
I saw a black SVT modded on 355 this afternoon. Girl driving and dude ont he passanger side. Gave them the goofy hi I'm an SVT owner too wave.
 
In East Peoria, on Springfield road by the TV station, about 1:40 pm today... a Tropic Green SVT that looked to be stock and in good shape...

I've seen this a few times as well.

Also have seen a Black 98-99 a lot lately, looks stock with the exception of a lowering kit.
 
Spotted what looked like a 98 or 98.5 T-Red Contour SVT with tinted windows, E0 wheels, no spoiler here in Indianapolis Monday afternoon around 1:30. We were both on the northeast/east side of town driving south on 465. When I passed in the middle lane, I waved but we both have tinted windows so I doubt you could see me???

Just curious if your a member here, if so shoot me a PM.
 
Well where the hell is Frosty? I think I saw him again today when I was getting on 43 North from V in Sheboygan. Or just another Silverfrost.
 
FYI - the SVT Contour program manager has a stock '99 T-Red and drives around Saint Joseph, Benton Harbor, South Haven and Coloma, MI.

The dudes name is Tom. Keep an eye out.
