Hi guys..
I still haven't fixed my oil problem , and I'm going to start rebuilding my head since I haven't done it. If that doesn't help , than I guess it's back to the piston rings.
What are some really good valves, springs, guides/seals?? (titanium?)
And where can I find them?

Thanks for any advice

thats the expensive way for us over here in the States. not only does the exchange rate suck for us, shipping will kill us as well.

i think you can get new stainless valves and springs from ford racing. they will be listed for the focus but im 99% sure they are the exact same as the contour.

Thanks striker2.
I'll check that out, and i'm sorry to see your contour go bad. If I had money I'd buy the hole thing; or at least the turbo kit. By the way are you selling the turbo kit with the headers ?

yes i am. the whole turbo kit, ready to bolt on, although i have some interest in the turbo timer and BOV so it may not be complete for much longer.

Damn , If I only knew all of this before I bought my motorcycle. Hopefully soon I'll get some money and I'll let you know.

Crower has upgraded valvetrain valvesprings and titanium retainers. Ferrea Racing has nice bronze valve guides, as well as valves (stock and oversized), retainers, and valve seals. There are also a lot of options for cams.

I can get you a good deal on a performance head that is already assembled via Central Florida Motorsports.

I have some flow charts of their heads:
