i went back and checked your deposit, they took the 3% out of that as well. i thought echecks were supposed to be fee free but i guess theyre not. that or they started tacking fees onto mine :shrug:

costs on little things keep going up but we're going to try to keep the pricing the same for the next GB if we can. they'll certainly be at least what they were in this gb since the costs are only going up :blackeye:

Trust me take a regular piece of fiberglass and you'll see the difference. Duraflex is still fiberglass but has a plastic resin in it to make it somewhat flexible. Fiberglass would instantly break or crack if you mess with it.

Sorry guy's this is the only carbon color that I know of that they make.
 
Okay, I gotcha. I never messed with a fiberglass mirko, and never this duraflex, so I was puzzled when I saw the crack I got behave like fiberglass. I wish it was ABS lol

did you see the pic i posted of my buddy twisting the splitter? you wouldnt be able to do that if it was made of 100% fiberglass. obviously duraflex is not THE end all/be all solution but its 10x better than just pure fiberglass.
 
ive got ONE extra brand new, final production version, duraflex splitter available right now. ive decided to put one of my 2 up and get a CF one instead. its available for $350 plus the $90 shipping. ready to ship out from ED. no waiting till more are made in the next GB.
 
Anybody wanna buy my fiberglass Mirko so I can buy this Duraflex one?? Its got a first coat of primer...needs blocked and some pinholes fixed (minor details! I did the hard part of fixing and lengthening the back to make it match the wheel opening. PM me with offers

Hey Steve I was just wondering if my splitter has been shipped out yet? I paid on May 25th. I was going to buy some bolts & nuts to mount the splitter how many should I install? what be your opinion on using?

i forwarded the info for about 10 people (from this past week) and have only heard back on about 4 of them so far, whom ive emailed their tracking info already. im sure the rest will ship out this week.

im not sure what to do to install them yet. i was waiting to see what other people were going to do. i was thinking Dzus fasteners. i dont know what size though. should be the same that people used for the original mirkos. i didnt get to install mine yet and right now my car is down :blackeye:

It was a good, but torturous journey with you throughout this GB.

did you PM me? i dont recognize your screen name and i dont have anything in my notes. not that that is an issue or anything. i just cant connect you to a name right now. PM me your details and ill look it up.

im just waiting on a handful of people to send in their balance payments so we can wrap up this GB and start working on the next one. im sure some people would like to get their hands on one before the summer ends (not an issue here in so cal lol).
