Sure thing. Could I sell this to somebody who want to fix it? Or the wrap arounds could be cut off and mounted like the old ones with dzus's or screws on the side of the bumper cover. Let me know what you guys want me to do....and soon....this big ass box is taking up too much room. lol Thanks again Steve.

yes definitely. if you have someone local that wants to buy it. they'd have to pay the blem splitter price but can save on the shipping. of course, you wont be charged for the shipping on the replacement. pete's already working on this, just need to wait a few till it gets figured out. and there's the holiday weekend so it will likely be next week. sorry for the mix up but we'll get it sorted out.
 
Steve...any work from ED about the plans to replace the blem one I have? Are they gonna pay return shipping on this one or what do they wanna do with this one? It could be fixed....but thats not the point in my case since I paid for a NEW unblemmed revised version. Keep me posted buddy. Thanks again.

Not sure if Steve has contacted you yet or not, but we need to get pictures of the way it fits. It's just the standard requirements for them. I told Steve the other day we needed pix so if he hasn't got a hold of you I figured I would post. Normally they do not want the other one back, they normally ask for it to be destroyed. However right now don't do anything with it until we hear back from ED after you can get me the pix. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

Here are some pics Pete. I sent these in an email to Steve too. I had my girlfriend take the pictures while I held the front of the splitter tight with the foglight openings and front of bumper cover...to show the gap in the wrap around of the splitter. It looks like CSVT#49 (Mike's) first one did. So as I much as I paid because I didnt get the group buy discount....I am hoping this gets fixed and SOON. I want some paint on my splitter before the end of summer. It fits decent everywhere else but the wrap arounds are too long in the back...and if i make those sit flush it puts the splitter too far forward and makes the front gaps horrible and not even close. So its just the back that needs shortened some to tighten things up. Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I will forward those pix to ED. It's been taking 3-5 days to get a reponse on this kind of stuff, but they will take care of it. Definitely looks like the older one by the way it fits.
 
Yeah..I just hope they can render this problem as quickly as possible. I wanna sell my fiberglass one and put that money towards a turbo kit for my car. Thanks again Pete.

Will do malcolm....but man that would be a shame. You will probably see me crying like a baby in the background of that video after I crush it saying "I could of saved her.....I could of saved her...." lol.

I guess if they want it destroyed.....I will come up with one sweet way of doing it!! :laugh:
