EGL dines in Hell, well close.

Alright so I may have you either way. My SRT trapped 119 with a 12.4 at Ubly (for those who know local drag strips) I haven't gone out in my Evo yet, although I will on a Sunday before the season ends. People with my mods (up to cams, stock turbo, stock clutch) trap anywhere from 112 to 115 on average and run around 11.9 to 12.4 or so.

We'll see what I can do. I'm a decent driver, but I won't be breaking into the 11's yet, ha.

:shocked::shocked:DAMN now thats a nice trap speed. I have beat a few on the streets, but the above is why I dont even talk about it at the track:laugh:

I cant go back to my local track till next season, they are closing soon and before I go back I have to get a external bettery cutoff, they are sticklers to the nhra rulebook.

i'd like to get my wagon into 12's, and from what i've read and who i've talked to, that number isn't too hard to reach.

elraido is a dirty pirate hooker. (how's pud's svt doin?)

Driving it like a dirty pirate hooker.....clutch is alittle different. But it is going great.

u guys leave ryan alone. he loves his car, and i absolutely adore mine. i speak for ryan when saying that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will change that. sure we dont get the best quarter mile times. i betcha his car gets more ooos & aaahs than a lotta faster cars.

calm yourself down. i'm not knocking him for loving his car, i'm knocking him for calling out faster cars.

Oh, and with a decent driver (because Spatt sucks) I have $1k on the Audi too.

teehee, that's funny to me.

good lord they're already closing, they keep crap near us open pretty much til it snows.

psh, way to bench race into a loss.

hahahahahahahaha I will still race him, I may lose but I will still race him. Its all in fun for me. I egg'd on evo's before I had the silfro car, In vader, it was funny cause they wouldnt beat me, they would absolutly kill me,lol But hey it was fun watching them run.

I thought someone mentioned you have an STi motor in your wagon. If that's the case 12's are pretty easy. A local guy with an Evo runs ( www.paradigmperformance.net ) and has a Subaru Forester with an STi motor that goes low 12's easy, haha. Now that is an awesome car. His Evo went 11.1 @ 124 and he's already switching turbos again. Talk to him if you're looking for parts. His name is Wayne. You may already know him. He deals with Jan at Speed Industry a lot.

Ryan, why are you going to Ubly? Is it a better track? It's a two hour drive!

I had gone up there with my friends and my uncle who lives in Port Huron ended up being there too. The track is 10x better than Lapeer as far as the condition of the track goes, but the run off room at the end could certainly use some help. My guess is most of the people who go there run 1/8 mile, which it would be fine for. Like I said I trapped 119 and wasn't anywhere close to the fastest there and I was uncomfortable at the end.

My best 60' was a 2.0 that day :(

Ubly is far away with a short run off, Lapeer is a :censored::censored::censored::censored:ty track with the best schedule and is close enough, Milan you race 3 times in a 6 hour time period, has a :censored::censored::censored::censored:ty T&T schedule but it is as close as Lapeer.

The one in Flint they're building is only going to be 1/8 mile.

Norwalk isn't much more of a drive than Ubly. If you can go there once a year with a car club or whoever it's more than worth it. I've never gone West to US131.
