If you're going to waste the money, go for a RWD platform. It would be far, far easier than EVER trying to adapted AWD.

Go buy a RUNNING, old fox-body Mustang, strip everything out of your contour, and starting fabricating. Or the Ford T-bird/Mecury Cougar plaform would be a good start as well.

Or just buy an Evo. Did you know they came with 4g63's and AWD stock? It's crazy I know. But if that's what you want, you should totally look into getting an Evo instead of hacking up a different car and spending a bajillion dollars.

ya i hear ya but its a idea and yes it wont be done for a while i was siting here thinking about how much moneyit woul dbe to buy a evo 4g63 and rebuild it or rebuild the zetec i have and turbo it to do the 4g63 it would be around 5k+ and to do the zetec it would be around 2000-3000 to build and trubo and i can get some turbo parts off my freinds so at this point in time sence im still 19 and dont have a good paying job to support the 4g63 build i think i will build the zetec for now but like i said earlyer i promise the community i will do a 4g63 swap sometime in the future just look for my post =p
