Blinkers doesnt work Emergency's do

When i hit the indicator stalk i get nothing no clicks no lights, nothing but if i use the emergency's they work perfectly. every other light works

Well, they are related, but for a simple example, they are on different fuses...

Check the fuse under the dash marked in the owners manual as Backuplights bet its blown change and all good but ..... does your vents work? if not they are also run through the same fuse.... hope this helps

check fuse for indicator lights, worse case scenario you need a new indicator stalk. Whop de doo

Spot on - thanks man, I was about to try and change both of the relays after my ac compressor seized yesterday.

FYI, I got the indicator stalk on the Contour changed for 140 bucks, four years ago. The stalk was Made in Germany, btw
