Correction - people don't know how to photograph black rims. In person they usually look great.

You don't have to black them out, ford racing sells basically the same thing:

I really don't think that on the right wheels black looks bad at all. Just my opinion.

I have a photoshop around of my car Black/Black. I think I did it for Tricker.

Those wheels would look sick with a nice tight red pinstripe around the outer circumference.
