i have the 4 piston TCE wilwood kit on the front of my autox car. when i put them on (NA 3L)they worked great stopped me real quick, had a nice solid pedal. after i added the super charger ive had all kinds of problems with them. the issue is inconsistent on the street (driving not on boost), but on course it is very consistent (driving on and off boost).
the problem is that there are basically no brakes. yesterday i was on course and pushed the pedal in while coming down off of boost and it went right to the floor. went through the last 2 cones of a slalom and into the next element and barely slowed down. back in grid the pedal was ok, but not the best. visually you can see the caliper flex when the pedal is pressed.
to check things, on the way home i left foot braked while i was in boost and the brakes worked, had a solid pedal and the car lurched like it should.
ive tried running the vacuum to different ports on the UIM and have tried a couple different check valves as well
had 4-5 different people brainstorming yesterday and nothing worked. planning on draining the entire system of fluid and putting in DOT 5 this week. the fluid that is in it still looks good though
