I had to smile when I saw this. If you've got any missing spark plugs, you found the problem! :laugh:I would be most concerned with those "aftermarket" wires and what spark plug, if any, might have been used.

ive had this same problem as long as ive owned my car. i have a cylinder 5 misfire and bank 2 is running lean. plugs, pack, wires, and the #5 injector have all been changed....:shrug: its pretty annoying
oh and i don't know who Miss Fire is, but with a name like that shes gotta be pretty bangin

In your case, with the lean code, there is a good chance you have a vacuum leak.
