the rear insert had pieces missing and was all messed up. i grabbed the front one

well it looks like i figured out what contour this is. when i cleaned up the RSTB, it said SVT in the middle and 1006 was on the far left side. i checked the svt registry and the 1006 contour for 99 was black. so it looks like this one was a 2000 model... in case anyone was interested
