Had a meet with the trailblazer guys today

All a dyno does is figure how fast the rollers get going from start to finish. The faster the rollers spin up the higher the power. Doesn't matter if the rollers are going one way or the other. The only difference is rwd has more loss than front due to driveshaft, diff, etc. If a transfer case is involved theres even more loss. The numbers you got are whats at the ground, end of story. Figuring out how much you are making at the crank is pointless penis enlarging. Unless it hits pavement it means nothing.

Mmmm Trailblazer SS

More pics and details on the silver Escort though. I don't think I've ever seen it posted before.

FWD, or RWD, the tires both spin the same direction, wierd. i've never really heard of them having to recalibrate for a difference  either way if the numbers you put down, are the actual numbers, that's still pretty dam stout

Lol the tires are DEFINITELY spinning in different directions. The tires are both spinning "forward," but the FWD sits on the dyno backwards compared to the RWD car :troutslap:

:blackeye:

I have been to a few dyno's myself, mustang, and dynojets and fwd cars on dedicated rwd dyno's arent 100% accurate, but like I said earlier even if it only is 297whp I am happy none the less.

I saw a SSTB yesterday. Was kind of suprised to see one around here

I don't know what the deal is, but within the last 8 months - 1 year, the number of SS's here has exploded. There are tons now.

Geez. I need to hurry and get my TBSS turbocharged. Bought the turbo and everything, it's just sitting there waiting. :( Guess I have to pony up and get the tranny built and everything else.

Post pics of the turbo and the tbss man.

Hrm, the turbo's just sitting at the shop, collecting dust. My TBSS doesn't really have any mods right now, just coilover suspension and a Corsa exhaust, plus a bit of stereo stuff.

do people offroad the ss's or are they pretty much a street thing? i mostly dig them for the looks and I guess the great ammount of power doesn't hurt 'em.

Aren't they 4wd?

Dope, I don't think you want to go off roading with low profile 20's
