I know motoRex got shut down or something, but i hear that they are back up and running. The trick is to get one imported to a canadian dealer, then bring it over and register.

From what I remember reading scattered around the net, the r32 is actually crash tested and legal to import (but still expensive). Motorex CEO lied to the gov about (im not sure what about) the R33 and R34 models. the government removed the 34 and 33 from the importable list
