the more i look at it, the more the SVT logo looks crooked itself....but i still like it.

That's what I originally meant.. I wasn't talking about the mount itself, I was referring to the cut out

stainless steel has its ups and downs...it is harder to cut but i really does polish up nice. it would take even longer to cut too, thats why i went with aluminum

thats why there are a few flaws in my shift knob. the programmer cut a sample out of aluminum and forgot to change the feeds and speeds for stainless.
so at the end of the cut, the tool broke and we didn't notice.

regarless of it being just slightly crooked, its a cool little mod!... it'd really look good if you painted the silver backing green and left the oval surround and lettering aluminum!
