I'd hardly consider rubbing a panel with some cloths and rubbing/polishing compounds "body work"

They are DEEP. Gouges would be a more accurate term. They are through the paint and into the plastic. It's from weak people (like the woman who owned it before me) trying to put heavy stuff in the trunk and dragging it on the bumper. :nonono:
