well I finally ordered my trubendz resonated borla stainless steel exhaust for my car  it was delivered today

but I am in Erie, Pa till at least the weekend if not into next week

oh I got a test pipe with high flow cat also to go with the exhaust

Bummer. I was gonna say come on over and we'll put it in today. Just heading home now.

it's not easy typing and driving:)

yeah it kinda sucks .... I haven't had to do anything today either. the testing has been delayed about a full day now .... I am waiting for the call to go in.

At least I was able to head to the state park and walk around some, very nice day out today ...

so did you get your exhaust on your car and if so how do you like it?

is your old cat in good shape? if so, willing to sell it? i think mine may be partially clogged, but I dont want to spend the money on a new one in case it isnt.

i think that it maybe also as my car got alot quieter pretty much all of the sudden as compaired to when the headers where installed. also the O2 bung that I had welded to it maybe leaking some.

let me get everything installed and I will let you know about selling it.

plz post any fittment issues

don't worry I will .... add me to the list of people who think that their customer service sucks big time.

I found on their web site they prefer cc orders to be faxed in. So I email to ask what I should do because my $100 off certificate said to call. no answer.

faxed the order last tuesday, said I would reveive email/phone comfirmation in 24 hours, nothing.

called around 4:30 once or twice and i got an automated message saying they where out of the office and what the hours where. I wanted to confirm that my order was received and asked for them to call me. never got a call. I also emailed them on this and never got a reply.

The only thing that I got letting me know my order was received was the UPS shipping notification email.

also my father helped csvt1214 install his exhaust. I know he said there was an issue fitting the mufflers but I do believe that was because tony had a universal tubing kit so the length of pipe from the y to the mufflers was long. other then that i didn't hear about any fitment issues.

I believe he's not around to take pics. He probably doesn't know that UPs bent the **** out of it. :) J/K.

I'm sure he will post pics as soon as he gets back home.

well I am home and the exhaust looks good, I have to open up one join location alittle bit more. Other then that the exhaust hangers seem to be in the right places. The only thing I do not like about the hangers is there are no previsions to keep the hanger from coming out of the isolator, although I am thinking that it shouldn't be a problem ...

with any luck I will be heading home to do the install friday

Very nice! Can't wait to hear and see it!

Mine is LOUD!

and I fixed Roger's exhaust on the passenger side...it sits perfect now, as we made a bracket out of some sheet metal and an old exhaust hanger...it bolts on now to the lower bolt of the rear bumper support!

well I got the exhaust installed and does it sound good

the fit is about 90% ....

To get the muffler to fit in the stock resonator location and have the pipe around the gas tank line up I had to take an inch off the front pipe and two off the rear one. That is all a great fit now. Since I now have the passanger side SVT exhaust mount that resonator/tip sits perfectly, I just need to lower it a tab as it is touching the bumper at this time. The drivers side is another story. The pipe is about 2 to 3 inches short ... to the tip sit just about inside the bumper. Otherwise its lined up. As for the exhaust hangers they all work, the drivers side looks like it will line up when the resonator and tip is placed correctly.

by the way did I say it sounds great?

trubendz really has horrible customer service, i called once last week and left a long message about returning my unused test pipe, no return call.

i call at 10 this morning no answer and called again a minute ago no answer, are this guys ever in the office?
