Window replacement

It got cold enough here this morning that when I closed my door my window shattered randomly, a GREAT spark to my morning might I add and obviously a replacement is NEEDED

I have manual crank windows and want to know the best way(s) to replace the window, any advice is much appreciated.
I need this fixed SOON
