will this offset push the wheel out more?

Not to sure on what the stock off set is i think its 43? so does that mean a 45mm offset will push the wheels out towards the fenders more?

a larger offset will move the wheels in towards the car more, while a smaller offset will move them out.

from a quick search it seems that the stock offset is about 49mm.

Stock is 49mm. I've actually read 49.5mm, but who cares about 0.5mm?

A 49 mm offset on a 6.5 inch wheel will not stick out as far as 49mm 7 inch wide wheel. Width does have an affect on backspace an how far the wheel sticks out.
