Who's got the Duratec with the highest mileage?

Wow, theres some people on here with a helluva' lot of miles! which is conforting, i wasn't quite sure how long my duratec would hold out, so i should have several more good years out of her

Yeah, this may seem like a weird question, but do engines wear more with age or miles?

I don't think age would have anything to do with it. Obviously the amount of miles would affect it, but wear is greatly affected by type of oil used (conventional, semi-syn or full synthetic), if the engine has run for long periods low on oil. And also the length between oil changes. Also highway vs. city miles will be drastically different, city being the one that puts more wear on it.
