Who could this be?

I was just busting on him. ;)

Like I said, we could probably use a meet to get some maintenance done on our cars before winter anyway.

I have a spring compressor too.

From what I heard, the lady that owns it suffers from Contour addiction. Word is, she just fell off the wagon again.

I did fall off the wagon.

It must only be a mild case...she didn't want anything to do with my car when I mentioned it may be up for grabs.

I didn't say I didn't want anything to do with your car. When you mentioned it I already had plans to go see the black one the next morning.

I was actually looking at and was very interested in two other SVT's. One had a 3L and the other, a blown engine. The 3L had two issues, one of them I felt may present a problem for me to fix. I was very interested in that one but having to dig into a project that someone else did, I didn't want to be in over my head.

The other, someone else was interested in and is now in the process of buying. I, of course, would never steal a sale out from under someone so I waited and then found the black one that I now have.

In the near future I will be probably be looking for a low mileage 3L to build and install in the black SVT.

my next step is to just offer to do it for him myself....seriously, a couple hours and a six pack and you're good to go.

It's not that I don't want to get it fixed, it's got a lot to do with not having the time to do it. I'm working quite a bit lately with my job and since I work nights, my only day or two off is occupied with sleeping.

lol i know, trust me. i'm having trouble setting a day to retouch a caliper that costso mangled putting the wheels back on the car...or taking them off, i dunno.

i'm gonna be switching to the winter wheels soon, so i want to do it then...but i have to order 2 new blizzaks cause one has a bubble, and yeah...it just keeps getting put off

but you don't need a spring compressor with the H&R's, or any lowering spring for that matter.
