What kind of shift is this

i bought a short shifter a while ago and im gonna install it monday just wanna know what kind it is..cuz i just seen one being sold that looks like the one i have so im just wondering and it has a "massive weld on the ball" ,and looks like the one being sold .....thanks and this is the only pic i got i just need to know if im gonna need riser plate for it

Looks like a B&M or ripoff copy with the rubber already on the shifter ball.
