Video: Is this normal? (Wobbling Pulley, 3L)

You are going to have to excuse my n00bness to this platform, so I may have a few questions.

I would just like to know if this wobble on the outside of the pulley is normal. It sure doesn't seem like it to me, but maybe someone can enlighten me. The engine appears and feels to run smooth (Even with the solid engine mounts). What do you think?

That appears to be a dual-mass crank damper, which very few folks are using.

Doesn't look like it's wobbling too much to me. I'd say that's within spec, if it were mine.
 
that is a DMD. many people where running them in the past. Both of my cars have one. Looks fine to me, maybe the rubber isn't smooth on the end and it looks like its wobbling.
 
I have a DMD as well, and it looks like that too in your video. But, just like Brapple said about the outer edge may not be fully flat all the way around because the actual track of the pully looks fine.
