If u were 2 buy a used svt with 103,00 miles what would be the first things u checked out. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
Make sure the clutch doesn't slip at all, make sure there are no CELs, the oil level is full, make sure it has the spare tire and the tool kit(mine didn't have the tool kit). Make sure it shifts into all gears smoothly, especially downshift into all gears, make sure no grinds. Check for rust on the bottom of the doors, there will probably be some there but you can use it to your advantage to bring the price down, look at the headlights for hazing and being scratched up. Ask what they used in the transmission, hope they didn't use ATF, it makes the transmission sticky inside and it becomes more difficult to shift, but ATF has been used in most people's transmissions that haven't been rebuilt because it was put in from the factory until 2000. Oh yeah, look for dashwarp.
Sans is the French word for "without".What is a sans kit? LOL, iam sorry i dont know all of the terms. But thank yall 4 ur input.
