I will most likely be up there at least Friday or Saturday, pending the weather. If the weather is good, I might swing both days. They are predicting rain for Friday, granted that will change by tomorrow, so I can definitely say that I will be there Saturday.
 
Your alex from Rochester aren't you? I had the silver frost SVT with the exhaust when we went for a cruise down there. It was you (with your 5spd SE), me, doug (w/SeVT), and Nate with a 3L t-red.

I will be down there this weekend probably in the probe as long as it isn't raining. Back to the fifties weekend = one full porky's lot! It will be super packed as always.
 
Anyone going up this Friday? I'll be at the Saints game with the fiance and will probably head over after the tailgating.
 
Yeah Mike, pending the weather, I will most likely be up there. Me and my SRT4 bud have been heading up there around 9pm...and parking at the Wendy's next to Porky's.
 
I don't want to go both friday and saturday night, too much gas for my tastes, but is there one out of the two days everybody can agree on so I can plan on coming up and meeting everybody around porky's
 
I will be down there both nights. Tonight pending the weather (which is looking promising,) and definitely Saturday. As I said, I will be heading up around 9pm and parking at the Wendy's by Porky's. My cell is 952-486-0852, feel free to give me a ring or send a text.

If you only want to come one day, you should probably come saturday night. I think the weather will be nicer on saturday ;)
 
Yeah I'm looking outside right now and its raining so I'll be there Saturday night. Is everybody gonna be there 9:30-10ish by either wendies or porky's? Or should we find another spot to meet up at in case both places are packed?

Wendy's is always less packed then Porkys. HOWEVER being that it IS back to the fifties weekend I'm banking on both parking lots as well as the "park" across the street from Wendy's will be FULL.

We can shoot for like Arby's, usually not as full, or somewhere further down the line.

By the way it will be a busy weekend so there's no reason why you can't show up around 8 or so vs waiting until its dark out.

Gotta wait for the girl to get off work, I think shes done at 8 so it won't be till at least 9 before i get there.
 
Yeah, tonight...last night...was pretty crazy. I reckon it is going to be packed again tonight as well. I showed up around 9pm and there was no parking near Porky's. We ended up going down to Unidale Mall and then back up to Arby's and then by chance Tyler (TRicker) showed up. Then saw Tony as we were being marshaled out of the parking lots by ze police. SO...tonight, I dunno where the best place to park is going to be since it is obviously a premium. I am going to try and get down there a lil earlier, like around 8pm or something I guess. If you wanna meet up with me down there, just give me a call on the cell. -Scott 952-486-0852

How bout we park in that lot we got escorted out of last night :shrug: That usually has open space, if we park in the back you guys can probably park next to each other ;)

Alex: Directions to that lot are as follows. If you are coming down University from say Snelling, you will want to take a right immediately after Arby's which is just past wendy's. Then go down one block to where the goodwill is and past a huge parking lot. Hang a left there and its kinda a shady road that will take you past that same big parking lot and the one we were in is the lot right on the other side of it :) I'll get a map in case that doesn't make sense.

Ok you follow the red line when you get off on snelling. The green x is where Wendy's is. The gray x is where Arby's is. The blue x is Porky's. The red x is where I was parked last night, and most likely will tonight :) That yellow area is where the Goodwill parking lot is, thats a big lot but they don't let people park in there so go past it to the next lot.
