uninusured drivers suck :mad:

neck injuries and emotional issues ftw!

a little off topic, but i witnessed a pretty nasty accident today. a young man in a POS oldsmobile cutlass ciera tried to beat an oncoming car at an intersection on a left hand turn and didnt make it. the victim was a young mother with two kids in the back of her van. after they hit, she stopped instantly and he gunned it down the street and got away. :mad: dont know why, but that REALLY pissed me off
 
you are very lucky you didnt beat him up. a man hit my roommate when he was on his ninja and knocked him off. when he got back up, he beat the living crap out of the guy in the car and was charged with assault
 
update: well we finally got a hold of the lady. my mother said that she was very nice on the phone and is going to start making payments towards getting my car fixed. woot
 
yes sir. cant wait to get a set to play with. im gonna try a few new things to see if i cant spice them up. make them look alittle more like they should be factory lights.

I was involved in an accident with an unisured driver just a week ago and I got a quote back today with the damage being $3500. My insurance company is going to cover all of that and then their going to send their attorney's to sue him. It's very cheap to have and is a nice way to ensure you get your money out of an incident with an uninsured driver.

I thought uninsured motorist coverage was for medical expenses and the comprehensive/collision coverage just takes care of repairs no matter what.
 
Glad to hear that you will be compensated for the damage.
At least you won't have to take them to court.
