Rawburt bolting down the turbo..the recirculated wastegate is a tight fit to say the least.

Directions say 2" hole...should be 2 1/4". too late one the first is drilled, no one see this anyway!

How many CEG'ers does it take to hook up exhaust?

I think I need a 45 degree for this hose....hmmm
Well it didn't start...injectors not spraying, so we pulled it apart. The 24# = no gas. We put the 19# back in and gas a plenty. So now I'm a set of injectors and 40 minutes from hearing it roar. It should sound great as it has had just a catback, and now has open pipes from turbo and MSDS headers to the catback! Oh and when we started to take it apart, the throttle linkage didn't want to come off so I had to get a better look at it.

More pics once it's done and running!

Thanks alot Rawburt, you are an awesome guy. Tell Matt I said I appreciate him coming down. Todras, the black SVT in the driveway, is the new home of the nitrous kit. We'll make that next week's install party.

No not running yet. My old house is now a rental. I got a call while we were finishing up the install from a neighbor stating that my privacy fence was 90% gone. I fly over there to see that my renters have bugged out on the sly. These $#%$^&$& took the light fixtures, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, trashed the house and took about 200 of the 250 slats off the fence. I have spent the last 2 days trying to get it put back together. I spent nearly a grand today at Lowes. These jack offs must of forgot what I do for a living! Well lets just say I already know where they moved to, and I'm going to sue there behinds off. I have received alot of input on the injector thing. I'm gonna call Joey and pick his brain. The green 19# and the gray 24# have the same style connector. I don't know if the injectors are bad or what. It appears they should work. I'm dying not hearing it run. 00contour svt said on his 2000 he had to remove the black plastic shroud from around the plug harness, so the UIM would sit all the way down onto the LIM. I would think this would not keep them from spraying fuel though.

well I see that the green one has a plus next to one of the terminals .... are the 24# injectors the smae polarity?

also whats the spray angle on the injectors?

Just got off the phone with Joey. He is shipping new 24# injectors with return style pigtails. Will be here Wednesday by noon. Hopefully this beast is running Wed. afternoon. Joey is the man! Any one want these injectors...Joey thinks they are 17#..and not 24# :(

Rod

Yeah, I am sick of messing around. It cost more but it will be right. The parts should be here by noon on Wednesday!

Needs more black pipes!....Needs more 24# injectors from the kit! ;)
I like the silver, come on. We cut the hole at 2" and it was a no-go. We tried a 2 1/4 hole but getting the hole saw to make that cut=fail. It looks way worse than it is :D
