I ordered my exhaust for my contour. Stainless steel standard cat-back with Borla muffler. They emailed me back and asked me what kind of exhaust tips i wanted...i just wanted to know what the differnce was...

-45 degree cut, thin wall or
-30 degree cut, rolled edge

Mainly wanted to know what would fit better on a GL stock?

I figured I needed to wait for the uhh... shop to open up and the header guru to get better ;) It can wait until you're off for the summer. Unless you're just itching for a weekend project before that :laugh:. I'll probably get them sometime soon and just have them hanging around for whenever is good to have a meet.
 
Haha the thing holding me back is college. I want to build a good amount of savings before i head off to PSU at the end of June. I dont know where the car will be after i go to school. Parents might be moving again so...

Heder guru??? Justin (more like Justin's Dad) might disagree with that! :laugh: But at the end of the weekend, all was good.

Schools out June 12, graduation is June 14. So the shop opens June 15!!:laugh:
 
No, I don't discriminate. :laugh: I just don't know as much about those Fancy shmancy Lincolns. ;)

Actually, I did a header install on my brother's 97 F-150 that has a 4.6. Course, he had a bit more engine bay room. :laugh:
 
gratz on the purchase, i got mine sitting in the corner of my room :) i picked the 30degree rolled. just waiting on the headers but its taking forever. should be here any day now.

Haha. Nah, the ol' man was cool with it. He thought we made a smart decision w/ him picking me up and continuing the next day.

Ryan, remember to bring new spark plugs ;) :laugh:

there is some room under the hood. just gotta get rid of all that gay plastic they put on there.
