most cf hoods are the same. they will require you to use some kind of spacers(washers will work) to put behind the latch. in my case, that wasnt enough. i put some clamps on the radiator core support and pulled it out a good 1/4 inch. i also took a file to the hinges to allow you to adjust the hood to where it needed to be. hope that helps

nothing like buying a hood then selling it the next day.. that is why i am still rocking the stock hood.
