I wonder if they can prove she was the one driving the car at the time.

Unlikely. A New Hampshire cop recently set the precedent for proving DUI after the fact. He got into an accident while off-duty, walked to his girlfriend's house nearby, "drank four beers in fifteen minutes to calm his nerves," and returned to the scene. He was not found guilty because DUI couldn't be proven.

Such a shame to see such beautiful cars go... Not much of a fan of jap cars but the blue sti with the gold rims is always beautiful to me.
This is why when i have kids no matter how much money i have they are getting a junker or buying one themselves. I bought my own car and my dad would still kick my a$$ if i did something like that.

Amen to that man. Everything you said i agree with. I am not a fan of jap cars by any means, but i have a soft spot for subies. Also, my dad made me buy my first car. He bought my brother his first 2, co-signed for his third, and made me buy my first because he saw my bro f**k up 3 times lol. And my dad would kill me if i did something stupid like that...


FIND, when i got to the car, it was sitting about 2 feet away from the tree with the box of beer sitting on the wing.... lmfao.

He was going around a curve to the right, spun a little more than 180* and smack. Sucks for him. Its one thing to be drunk, but its totally bad if your drunk and spinning lol...

Lastnight we got a little bit of snow and i got a Durango, oh and a BMW 318i that jumped a curb and smacked a wood pole lol. Shattered the oil pan Yay for expensive wrecks.
