the colour is Ford Imperial blue which they used on the escort cosworth,racing puma edition,focus RS gen 1 and a few other cars ended up with the option for it.
but the ST200 only came in imperial blue which made it very easy to spot amongst the ST24's which had a range of colours and made the 200 a bit more exclusive.
there were 50+ white ST200's made but a majority were ordered for the police to use and those that were cancelled ended up in the for sale ads and forcourts

That colour is beautiful... I like it so much I'm going to paint my SE Imperial Blue!

My brother-in-law lives in Birmingham so had him pick-up an Imperial Blue touch-up kit and send it to me. I'm in the process of rebuilding my SE right now and I'm using the touch-up paint to match the paint colour. When I'm done my SE will be Imperial Blue with ghosted silver "Shelby" stripes on it. Of course it will also have a blown 2.5 litre SVT motor, Jaguar X-Type AWD running gear, a HMS built Jaguar X-Type transmission, Focus RS wheels, an SVT/Focus RS hybrid interior and custom machined aluminium suspension components. Unfortunately the project seams to taking forever...

Actually you can buy Team Dynamics wheels here in the US. In fact I've personally purchased two sets of Team Dynamics wheels; a set of (4) 17" X 7" +45 Pro Race 1s and a set of (5) 17" X 7.5" +45 Mirages.
